I am a lousy photographer especially when it comes to macro. So how do I able to join this meme? It is because of my husband. Most of the photos that I featured in this meme were usually taken by my husband. Well, I asked him to capture the flowers for me. He just could not say no, LOL!
This time, it is different. The photos below were taken by none other than ME. I’m so proud because it was my first time to capture a decent macro flower :D.
I usually see this flower when walking down to church. This is just on the way side. But most of the time I’m not camera ready or hubby is not with me. But last Sunday afternoon, I had the chance to capture this bright flower when I and my daughter were about to go back to church for our evening service. I was really delighted to have the photos clear. I added some Photoshop touches inspired by Maia‘s work of art .
I don’t know the name of this flower. Is this a marigold? I saw a picture of marigold over the internet, similar but the exactly the same so I am not totally convinced that it is a marigold 😀 Whatever the name of the flower is, I hope you like it:)

There are so many types of marigold but this one looks more like a cosmos flower. Than again, I’ve never seem an orange cosmos.
