If there is one thing I avoid as much as I can is giving a testimony in the church. You may wonder why? Because I am afraid that by giving my testimony people will give the glory to me instead of giving them to my Maker. But last Sunday, I was not able to escape.
The church here in Panglao usually holds a testimony time for around ten minutes. Our pastor’s wife is the usual starter then followed by my husband. Last Sunday, hubby was not feeling-well and was not around so our pastor insinuated for me to give a short testimony.
I shared to them that I am thankful for the opportunity God has given us to minister to the people here in Panglao. It was beyond my expectation that God will bring me here again. I am happy and excited how God will use me in His ministry. It is indeed a great privilege to be called in God’s vineyard.
