There are some parents who encourage their young kids to play drums. There are affordable drums for sale at musicians friend. Unfortunately, this offer is not for me. I do want my daughters to learn to play musical instrument but not for drums. I prefer stringed instruments like guitar and musical instruments like piano. These are the only instruments allowed in our church and if my daughters learn to play these instruments, they can use their skills in the ministry.
