I’m not a fan of Kinilaw but my late dad was. He’s good at making Kinilaw na Dilis that I never tasted ever! 😀

It was only lately that I started eating kinilaw. And I enjoyed it. Though I don’t usually use Dilis because it is very tedious to clean and debone it. I usually use tuna.

Oh Boy kinilaw. This is super yummy! huh… yumyum kinilaw ever. Specially if fresh fish. Here’s My Chicken Curry Version.

I like grilled liempo, what kind of fish did you use?
I only used Tuna fish.
Kinilaw is perfect for pulutan and you mixed it with grilled liempo pa!Soo DROOLED!!
