Ever since my employment contract was replaced with contractual from permanent status, I always feel that I am always in hurry to finish the tasks included in the milestone because my payment depends on the completion of the milestones. This is the reason why I always need to sleep late to finish as many as possible tasks I can. I know that it is not healthy so I have started praying for a more regular and fixed payment work at home. I also want to sleep on time and spend some quality time with my daughter. And of course, I want my eye bags to diminish without using any eye cream for dark circles.
