Our trip last week was via AirPhil Express. And as I mentioned on my previous post, our tickets for Tagbilaran-Manila-Tagbilaran only cost around Php 650. I was able to get the Php 88 promo fare last February. During that time, the tax applied is still based on the net fare. But recently, when I tried to avail the piso fare promo for my friends, the piso becomes Php 600+ for one-way. I noticed that the tax increased and the web charge.
I considered it a blessing that we were able to get that very cheap airfare. Our next trip will be on November but our fare is way more expensive. I hope I can still get such cheap fare on our trips next year 🙂
