I sense that Hubby wants a new pair of shoes. This time, it is not the usual formal black shoes which he wears on Sundays. He is insinuating that he would like to have a pair of shoes which he can use for recreational activity.
Knowing my husband, he is very meticulous when buying his shoes. It is not necessary that the shoe is expensive but it must be of good quality. For his recreational shoes, I don’t think he is dreaming a pair of creative recreation shoes but he wants something that will not easily be torn. Since he seldom buys a non-formal shoes, he told me that maybe he could ask a favor from a friend to help him buy the right shoes. Then he will just pay him when he comes home.
