I‘ve been a SmartBro subscriber for more than three years now. I can say that I’m satisfied with their service except for some minor issues I encounter with my connection from time to time. As a matter of fact, I decided to continue my contract with them early this year and availed their loyalty reward. But my satisfaction ended when we moved here in Bulacan.
Ever since my internet connection was restored here in Bulacan, I haven’t experienced yet the speed I had when I was in Quezon City. At first, it was still fine with me because I thought my connection would still adjust and be back to at least 386K speed. But that didn’t happen. Until now, my download speed does even reach 56KB, worst than a dial-up connection. This is the reason why most of the residents here are Globe Broadband subscribers.
