I am stout! It is a shameful fact but I have to admit it! I know the solution to manage my weight. The problem is my will and determination to do it. I know that without the help of proper diet and regular exercise, even most effective diet pill will just be put to waste. So the problem is not really my weight. But my lack of discipline when it comes to eating and exercise and my weight is just the result of it. Change of mind about eating will be a good start? Don’t you think so?

This is true. Right now, I am joining my wife as she venture to NO RICE diet pero since I am a RICE ADDICT, I decided to gradually do it so every lunch time lang ako nag-rice. It’s quite hard to follow kasi minsan talaga very inviting yung food na nasa harap ko, at lalo na kung yung food na served in front of you eh best buddies pa ng rice – tsalap talaga. We have been doing it for a month na. The only progress for me is di na lumalaki ng sobra yung tummy ko, as for my wife she lost a lot and is now currently trimming her loose fats by us joining on a badminton club and jogging.
