Matthew 6:26 Behold the fowls of the air: for they sow not, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feedeth them. Are ye not much better than they?
This was supposed to be my entry last week. But since I got caught with tons of tasks from my full-time job, I was not able to join last week’s WFW.
This photo was not mine. It was my friend’s husband who took the photo. I can’t find any photo in my repository about hidden. So I asked my friend if she has a picture which I can use for the word hid, hidden, hide or the likes. Yes, I was planning then to share my daughter’s memory verse in school which is Psalm 119:11. She sent me this photo. I find the photo very beautiful but not appropriate for the verse I have in mind. My husband gave me the verse. Now, my sincere prayer is that you may be comforted through reading this verse. Just always remember that God’s love to us is immeasurable and He will not leave us nor forsake us.
I’m a day late this week! 🙂
This truly is a comfort….
What a beautiful WFW!
peace,
lori
Such a great verse, so hard for us to truly wrap our heads around…this picture helps make the words come true! Thanks for sharing!
This is lovely — perfect verse for that photo.
I know I often refer to this verse when I’m tempted to worry. thanks for the reminder today!
That is beautiful. So thankful He takes care of me. Happy WFW!
I am thankful that God takes complete care of me! I love the picture and verse. Thanks for sharing!
Blessings to you today!
Beautiful. Thanks for this encouragement. God bless you.
Lol….I am tempted to send you a picture of a fitted sheet with a cat sized bump in the middle………but you might have to explain it, to truly illustrate Hid.
I love this verse. And the picture is a treasure.
Since I started my blog Intelligent Expressions this year (1 year project with 1 scripture, 1 quote (because sometimes they help us to see the Word in a new light,) and 1 of my photo’s) I am amazed at how God has worked thru me.
I always start with the photo first – selecting it, resizing and editing it if needed, putting it into the software I use to create my posts, all the while opening my mind and heart to words that flit and float thru it.
As one comes together – I am usually drawn to a verse from memory – and sometimes I go to biblegateway and plug the word in and see the many verses that connect. I think of it sometimes as God leading me as I create.
Perhaps having one scripture in your mind was his was to embed that in your mind as well.
He is an awesome God that we serve – that is for sure –
He cares for those baby birds with the same great love (even more) that he has for us! Praise God!
Wonderful scripture and photo. I had this on my heart last week and used it too. In this economy, it is great to remember that our God will provide.
Comforting verse, thank you.
Amen!
